1. Left front kick, left high block (left front stance), right middle punch, left high punch; hands in guard position, double step back.                     KIYAY

2. Left front kick, step left 45 degrees, right side kick, right high knifehand strike (sitting stance]; hands in guard stance, double step back.             KIYAY

3. Right front kick, right outside block (sitting stance], right high knifehand strike, right middle knifehand strike; hands in guard position, double step back.           KIYAY

4. Step back with right leg (left back stance), #3 left side kick, left inner forearm block (front stance), right middle punch, left high palm heel strike, step back with left foot, right front kick; hands in guard position, double step back.               KIYAY

5. Left outside crescent block, right front kick, right high punch, left middle punch (right front stance); hands in guard position, double step back.           KIYAY
